Counselling is all about you and how you feel; it will be in a safe place where you can take time to talk about the things that are causing you to worry and know you are being listened to.

A place where you will not be judged, to feel comfortable enough to express your feelings.

To be able to understand your thoughts and move forward in a positive way.

Each session will be for 50 minutes and appointments can be made through your Student Support Coordinator.
